• Check in time: 2.00 pm
• Check out time: 11.00 am
  

  Day use:

  • 25% of the rates are being charged for day-use from 11.00 am until 15.00 pm
  • 50% of the rates are being charged for day-use until 18.00 hours, thereafter the full rate applies.
  • Day use is subject to availability.
• Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• An extra bed is available upon request at the cost of USD 30.
• Rates are subject to an additional 21% service charge and tax.
• All special requests are subject to availability.
• High seasons are : July, August, September, 20 December

Payment

• Credit Card Accepted: Visa and Master
• A non refundable one night deposit is required
• The Hotel has right to ask a full pre payment in the high seasons

Children’s Policy

• No charge for one child under 5 (five) years of age, sharing the same room with parents and using existing beddings.
• Normally only one child is allowed per room with parents, however with small children there may be more flexibility in this policy.
• Baby cot is available upon request.

Non- Smoking Policy

In compliance with Indonesian Law No. 36, 2009 on Health and the Region Regulation Bali Province No.10, 2011, under Article 2, hotels and restaurants are classified as public buildings in which a smoking ban applies.

• All areas of Tirta Ayu Hotel & Restaurant are therefore designated smoke free, with the exception of a limited number of open-air, well ventilated areas, where guests may smoke.
• Smoking is therefore prohibited in all public areas of the hotel including inside guest rooms, restaurants, bar, swimming pool areas, temple and temple garden. Guest may smoke in at the designated smoking area (car park)
• Baby cot is available upon request.

Cancellation and No Show

Cancellation must be received no later than 7 days prior to arrival in low season.
Cancellation must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival in high season.
Failure to comply with this policy or if a client is a no-show will result in a one night room cancellation fee being charged.
Special promotions may apply different policies.
